The service
Renomly measures how AI engines answer questions about a business and produces reports, scores and action plans based on those answers. It is operated by Techvando. By applying for access or using an account, you agree to these terms.
Early access
Renomly is in early access. We review each application and decide who to onboard and when. We may decline an application, limit the number of accounts, or change what early access includes as the product develops. The first scan is free and carries no obligation on either side.
Your account and acceptable use
- You may run scans for businesses you own, represent, or have permission to analyze. Competitor names entered for comparison are fine; using Renomly to harvest data about businesses you have no relationship with is not.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your access credentials private.
- You may not scrape, resell or redistribute Renomly's output as a competing service, interfere with the service, or try to get around scan limits.
Plans, limits and payment
Each plan includes a number of scan runs, topics and competitors. These are caps on usage, not thresholds that trigger extra charges: when a cap is reached, you wait for the next period or move to a larger plan. Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe, monthly or annually, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We will give notice before any price change applies to you.
What the reports are, and are not
Reports describe what the AI engines answered at the time of the scan, graded by our methods. AI answers vary between runs and change over time, so a score is a measurement of that run, not a permanent fact and not a guarantee of how an engine will answer in future. The action plan is our best recommendation; results depend on what you do with it and on factors outside anyone's control.
Ownership
The reports, scores and plans produced for your account are yours to use in your business, including sharing them with your team, agency or clients. The Renomly software, scoring methods and site content remain ours. The AI answers quoted in reports belong to whoever produced them and are reproduced for analysis.
Ending access
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical. When an account closes, its data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Renomly is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on a report, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Meaningful changes will be dated at the top of this page and, for account holders, announced by email. Questions about these terms go through the contact page.
